Returns & Exchanges

At mixedkart.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how the process works:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Items Eligible for Returns or exchange:

  • Clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items received with manufacturing defects or damages.
  • Incorrect items received (i.e., items that do not match your order due to color, size or you receive different product).

We offer one free exchange or return per item. 

Time Frame for Returns & Exchanges:

2.1 ReturnsYou must initiate a request within 7 days of receiving your order, After initiating the request, please ship the item back to us within 14 days.

2.2 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. After initiating the exchange request, please ship the item back to us within 14 days.

How to Initiate Returns & Exchanges:

3.1 Returns: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Go to the “Order History” section and find the order containing the item you want to return.
  • Click on “Initiate Return” and follow the instructions to complete the return request.

3.2 Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team through email or phone and provide them with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label for the item.

Returns/Exchange & Refund Process:

When we will be informed for return or exchange our customer support team will send return or exchange label on requested contact details. While sending the item back do not forget to attach that label in print format. Our customer support team member will also guide for the return or exchange source through which we can collect the item back. 

5.1 Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 working days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item for exchange, we will process the exchange and send you the requested item within 7 working days. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items with signs of wear, wash, or damage.
  • Items returned after the specified time frame.
  • Items do not match our product originally sent.
  • Items without Mixedkart label.
  • In case of wrong or unacceptable complaints.
